Workshops

In 2012 various workshops about healthy eating will be organised. These workshops will focus on vegeterian, organic and living foods.

Each workshop will combine theory with practice. There will be a workshop per month until June.

They will be held at Namasthé, 25 av. Louis Bertrand, 1030 Schaerbeek. At 7pm, this very friendly place will host our small group, curious and passionate about healthy eating.

Each workshop lasts 3 hours and costs €30 per person. All material and organic food is included in this price.

All hands-on workshops are given in French so far, you can join us if you want to brush up your French while cooking :-)

 

In order to satisfy your curiosity and needs, a whole series of hands-on workshops is available. Here is a list of all workshops, given or upcoming:

  • December 15th 2011: Food combining and vegeterian pâtés
  • January 12th 2012: Revitalising breakfasts
  • February 9th 2012 : Seaweeds: benefits & easy recipies
  • March 9th 2012: : My organic shopping list ... ! this workshop is on a Friday and we will meet at 5pm at the organic shop Shanti in Ixelles.
  • March 29th 2012 : How to make your bread with your hands (without bread machine)?
  • April 26th 2012 : Juices, nut milks and smoothies
  • May 17th 2012 : Sprouting
  • June 26th 2012 : Kombusha & fermentation

 

For those who would want to know more about living food I will organise specialised workshops according to your demand. To be continued ...
